Jacob Hooy & Co B.V.公司，注册地址位于荷兰Rijksweg 119, 1906 BG Limmen，在此宣布上海知识产权法院已经于2021年2月26日做出终审判决，确认注册在第3类化妆品等商品上的第7148432号“ ”商标及第7148433号“ ”商标归属于Jacob Hooy & Co B.V. 公司。

Jacob Hooy & Co B.V. is glad that a long lasting legal dispute has come to an end and that together with our partners we can now freely bring our products to the consumers in China.

Jacob Hooy & Co B.V. 公司很高兴看到一场历经数年的法律纠纷终于尘埃落定，并且现在可以与它的合作伙伴们一起把产品带给中国市场的消费者们。

We would also like to inform you that besides these 2 trademarks, Jacob Hooy & Co B.V.  is also the only legal owner of the logo , which you will also see on the products of Jacob Hooy & Co BV, as well as in marketing expressions.

另需说明的是，除上述两件商标外，Jacob Hooy & Co B.V.公司也是的唯一合法所有者，其也被使用于Jacob Hooy & Co B.V.公司的产品包装上及市场推广中。
